79th District Court arraignments as of Nov. 27, 2013

LUDINGTON — The following individuals were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

– Eric MIchael Klopp, 33, 1235 Sumac St., Fruitport, was arrested Nov. 20 by Michigan State Police – Hart Post (MSP) for operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, third offense. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Dec. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bond: $10,000, 10% deposit.

– Scott Erik Phelps, 42, 504 E. Fifth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 20 by Ludington Police Dept. (LPD) for larceny of a building. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Dec. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bond: $7,500, 10% deposit.

– Lakeysha Camelle Cage, 30, 1690 E. Summit Ave., was arrested Nov. 22 by LPD for forgery; uttering and publishing third offense. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Dec. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bond: $7,500, cash surety/10%.

Misdemeanors

– Matthew David Jones, 35, 980 W. FIrst St., Scottville, was arrested Nov. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for OUIL. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Jan. 6, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. Bond: $2,500, 10% deposit.

– Pasha Janel Ruggles, 35, 694 E. Thistle Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 20 by MCSO for retail fraud second degree. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. BOnd: $3,500, 10%.

– Curtis Justin Solari, 41, 265 Pine St., Manson, Wash., was arrested Nov. 24 by LPD for retail fraud third. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. Bond: $3,500, 10% deposit.

– Chad Jason Miller, 43, 404 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 16 by LPD for controlled substance possession of marijuana. A pretrial is scheduled for Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. Bond: $2,500, personal.

– Kenneth Laverne Graves, 85, 1004 Ireland Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Nov. 21 by MCSO for moving violation causing serious injury. A pretrial is scheduled for Dec. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bond: $2,500, personal.

– Thomas Michael Grimm, 23, 7861 E. Navajo Trail, Branch, was arrested Nov. 21 by MCSO for controlled substance possession of marijuana and having an open intoxicant in a vehicle. A pretrial is scheduled for Dec. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bond: $2,500, personal.
