The following is the activity report of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for Monday, November 18, 2013:

– 12:42 a.m.: Phone harassment, Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 4:10 a.m.: Alarm activation, 1600 S. Pere Marquette Highway, PM Township.

– 8 a.m.: Assault, warrant requested, Michigan Avenue, Village of Free Soil.

– 10:55 a.m.: Assist to IRS/Homeland Security on search warrant, El Rancho Restaurant, 4743 W. U.S. 10, Amber Township.

– 3:06 p.m.: Gas drive off, $19.61, Scottville EZ Mart, Custer Township.

– 3:09 p.m.: Gas drive off, $15, Scottville EZ Mart, Custer Township.

– 3:34 p.m.: Traffic arrest: driving while license suspended, third offense, South Madison Street, Ludington; 39-year-old Scottville male arrested.

– 5:33 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain Road east of Stephens Road, Sherman Township.

– 7:15 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Reek and Dewey roads, Sherman Township.

– 10 p.m.: Malicious destruction to property to a vehicle, parking lot of 5600 block of West U.S. 10, PM Township.

– 10:45 p.m.: Traffic stop resulting in an arrest, U.S. 10 and Nelson Road, PM Township;  22-year-old Scottville man arrested for possession of marijuana.
