LUDINGTON – The following defendants were sentenced this past week in 79th District Court:

–         Jeffrey Alan Miller, 47, of 3728 E. Beyer Rd., Fountain, was found guilty Sept. 24 of driving while license suspended (DWLS). He sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; $760 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
–         Lucille Lee Lee, 21, of 3884 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 24 of impaired driving. She was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; $1,145 in fines and costs; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and must attend next session of Victim Impact Panel. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Jennifer June Bowman, 30, of 2908 N. Lena Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 24 of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing and larceny less than $200. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served for each count; one year discretionary jail for two years for Count I; 93 days discretionary jail for two years for Count II; must have a substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $630 in fines and costs.
–         Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 22, of 111 ½ W. Breadway, Scottville, was found guilty Sept. 26 of DWLS. He was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Marci Lynn McGhan, 37, of 709 E. Filer St., Apt 2, Ludington, was found guilty of failure to display a valid license. She was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Bryan Levell Parish, Jr., 30, of 919 Courtney, Apt. 1, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Sept. 24 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and DWLS. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served for each count; $1,160 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years for each count. Sanctions reportable to the Michigan State Police (MSP), driver’s license suspended 365 days, restricted 305 days.
–         Breanne Michell Larson, 22, of 308 N. Third Ave., Apt. AB, Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 26 of failure to display a valid license. She was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Joel Eduardo Reyes-Gonzalez, 27, of 5540 Barton Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 23 of DWLS. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; and $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Steven Lee Johnson, 26, of 6724 Wever Rd., Walhalla, was found guilty Sept. 26 of DWLS and sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Jimmie Ray Haines, 58, of 2119 Delhi St., NE, Holt, was found guilty Sept. 26 of retain foul hooked fish and sentenced to $220 in fines and costs.
–         Ronald Alan Dickenson, 40, of 207 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 5, Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 19 of consumption of alcohol on highway and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs.
–         Gary Lee Parrish, 36, of 2690 N. Victory Corner Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 23 of failure to display a valid license. He was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
–         Michael Lee Terryn, 41, of 526 Johnson St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 30 of allowing a person to drive in violation. He was sentenced to $335 in fines and costs.
–         Klaus Robert Reimann, 59, of 807 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty Oct. 1 of breaking and entering (illegal entry). He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $2,990 in fines, costs and restitution; 90 days discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; must have a substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; must seek inpatient treatment and abide by recommendations; and random PBTs. One count of malicious destruction of a building, $1,000 or more, was dismissed.
Dismissals
–         Cheri Ilene Rowe, 44, of 2476 High St., Custer, one count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed Oct. 1.
–         Nicholas James Boltz, 19, of 807 E. Filer, Ludington, one count of permitting disorderly persons was dismissed Sept. 23.
–         Amanda Louis Finch, 24, of 6823 Monroe St., North Branch, one count of DWLS was dismissed Sept. 23.
