LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in 79th District Court:

Felonies

–         Thomas Charles Teague, 59, 109 E. Foster, Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 29 by Michigan State Police, Hart post for sex offender failure to register. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–         Lauren Davin Derscheid, 34, 4181 70th Ave., Evart, was arrested Aug. 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for criminal sexual conduct third degree. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10%.

Misdemeanors

–         David James Gwiazdowski, 43, 802 N. Staffon St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 29 by Ludington Police Dept. for selling/furnishing alochol, 2 counts. A pretrial is set for Sept. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–         Paul Jason Gerbers, 39, 510 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested Aug. 26 by Scottville Police Dept. for domestic violence. A pretrial is scheduled for Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10%.

–         Paul Jason Gerbers, 39, 510 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested Aug. 28 by MCSO for larceny less than $200. A pretrial is scheduled for Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10%.

–         Andrew Thomas Walicki, 24, 9098 80th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 29 by LPD for false report of a misdemeanor. A pretrial is scheduled for Sept. 16 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–         Grayson Kenneth Milton, 22, 1422 E. U.S. 10, Scottville, was arrested Aug. 29 by SPD for larceny $200 or more but less than $1,000. A pretrial is scheduled for Sept. 16 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–         Dustin Kyle Ritsema, 23, 8288 Freeland Ave. SW, Byron Center, was arrested Aug. 24 by MCSO for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. A pretrial is scheduled for Sept. 16 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10%. He was also arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked. Bail: $1,500/personal.
