Ludington man receives jail sentence for aggravated stalking

LUDINGTON – The following defendant was sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

–          Stephen Allan Lange, 40, of 502 5th St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 6, 2012 of aggravated stalking and found guilty Aug. 15 of probation violation for that count. He was sentenced Aug. 15 to a minimum of two years, six months to a maximum of five years with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) and $548 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 was dismissed. Lange was also found guilty Nov. 6, 2012 of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic and found guilty Aug. 15 of probation violation for that count. He was sentenced Aug. 15 to a minimum of one year, four months to a maximum of two years with the MDOC and $198 in fines and costs. His sentences are concurrent.
