LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this week in front of the magistrate in 79th District Court:

Felonies

– Robert Scott Kuchinsky, 42, 405 E. Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ludington Police Dept. for a felony of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, third offense. Preliminary examination is set for Aug. 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10%.

– Joseph John-Allen Cantu, 18, of 1206 Drent Rd., Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 4 by the Mason County sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

– Collin Derek Trim, 17, of 1873 E. Wilson Rd., Custer, was arrested Aug. 4 by MCSO for a felony of stolen property receiving $1,000 or more. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Jeffrey Alan Bartosiewicz, 21, of 5211 S. Pere Marquette Highway, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 3 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of trespassing upon key facility. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kristen Brooke Iverson, 27, of 563 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 2 by LPD for a felony of larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Lori Ann Holden, 34, 309 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 8 by LPD for the misdemeanor of retail fraud third degree, two counts. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jody Lee Goodman, 43, 3860 Cleveland St., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 8 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Tonya Ann Johnson, 31, of 504 Fifth St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 1 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Aug. 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Angela Marie Schuermann, 38, of 25008 Carmack Rd., Marengo, Ill., was arrested Aug 1 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Emily Marie Wagner, 21, of 2530 Scenic Hwy., Frankfort, was arrested Aug. 1 by MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Alexander James Grantland, 20, of 2414 S. Scottville Rd., Scottville, was arrested Aug 1 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Caleb John Bowman, 20, of 741 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 1 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance/possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Travis Alan Vorase, 19, of 105 E. First St., Apt. 202, Scottville, was arrested Aug. 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Samantha Nichole Garland, 21, of 721 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 3 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug 19 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Alyssa Claire Miller, 35, 762 Fulton St., SE, Grand Rapids, was arrested Aug. 3 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Abram Neil-Darrin Sodders, 20, of 3343 E. Hansen Rd., Custer, was arrested Aug. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating with a blood alcohol content. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Delwin Joseph Hayhoe, 80, of 220 6th St., Manistee, was arrested Aug. 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Elmer Owen-Allound Harvey, Jr., 42, of 293 Gibson Rd., Branch, was arrested Aug. 6 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
