Balloon twisting at library

LUDINGTON — Children old enough to tie shoes independently are invited to Mason County District Library in Ludington Monday, July 22, 1 p.m. to learn to twist balloons into animals and other fun shapes.  Expert balloon twister Joel Tacey entertains while twisting.  This program is made possible by the support of the Friends of the Ludington Library.  Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.  All Mason County District Library programs are free.
