Daughter establishes fund for father’s funeral expenses

Crystal Mohr, daughter of Tim Mohr, who died in a house fire Wednesday evening, has established a fund to help pay for funeral expenses for her father. The 19-year-old was Mohr’s only child. Anyone wishing to contribute to the fund may do so by clicking here.

Tim Mohr died during a fire at his home at 506 S. George St. in Ludington. A Michigan State Police fire marshal did not specify what caused the fire but said that a lit cigarette was quite possibly the cause.

A memorial service for Mr. Mohr will be held will be held Wednesday, June 26 at 11 a.n. at Oak Grove Funeral Home on U.S. 10-31 in Amber Township. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
