LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate of the 79th District Court:
Felony:
Olson
– Bryan Dale Olson, 31, (no address listed) was arrested April 13 by MCSO for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender, fourth offense. A pretrial is set for June 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors:
– Joseph Ray Flores, 26, of 6104 S. Brye Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for June 24 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Samuel Edward West, 22, of 6470 Virnetta Dr., Ludington, was arrested June 1 by the Michigan State Police (MSP), Hart post, for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Rodney Paul Meeker, 72, of 600 Sherman Oaks, Apt. 624, Ludington, was arrested June 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Derek Keith Latimer, 27, of 309 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested June 13 by the LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Megan Annamae Thorne, 23, of 210 S. Columbia St., Scottville, was arrested June 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 11:15 a.m.Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Anthony Lynn Bonney, 39, of 7724 E. Navajo Trail, Branch, was arrested June 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Kimberly Marie Ziemkowski, 25, of 209 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested June 16 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 24 at 2:15 p.m.Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Charles Mark Barron III, 22, of 1889 Lakeview Dr., Manistee, was arrested June 16 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Corey Evan Carsten, 27, of 108 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested June 16 by LPD for a misdemeanor of disorderly person/public intoxication. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 1:45 p.m.Bail: $3,500/cash/surety.
– Shon Michael Gascoigne, 22, of 1817 W. Conrad Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 16 by LDP for a misdemeanor of breaking and entering without permission. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Meghan Nichole Burns, 19, of 909 N. Emily At., Ludington was arrested June 14 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Marrianne Kay Olmstead, 52, of 1345 S. Poplar Rd., Custer, was arrested June 17 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
