Jimmy Buffet tribute band to perform at Rhythm & Dunes

LUDINGTON – West Shore Bank has announced the second music act for its Rhythm & Dunes concert series. Son of a Sailor, a Tribute to Jimmy Buffet, bring perform Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Waterfront Park Pavilion in Ludington.

Larry Pearson, a self-proclaimed “Parrothead”, has been touring for the last 10 years with his band, Son of a Sailor. The band is dedicated to recreating the unique sound and style of Jimmy Buffett in a very authentic way. Son of a Sailor takes on the atmosphere of a genuine Jimmy Buffett concert, including costuming and audience participation. Bring your beach chair and Hawaiian shirt and enjoy all of your favorite Jimmy Buffett hits, including Margaritaville, Cheeseburger in Paradise, and Son of a Sailor.
