Arraignments

LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this week in 79^th District Court.

Felonies: 

• Dominic Daniel Forseman, 18, of 1373 Rohrmoser Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 17 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of criminal sexual conduct, third degree. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent; no unsupervised contact with females under age 16; must have sex offender evaluation; 6 p.m. curfew unless with parent.
• Ethan Joseph Anderson, 22, of 302 N. Robert St., Apt 1, Ludington, was arrested April 17 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
• Louis John Methany, Jr., 34, of 823 N. Benson Rd., Fountain, was arrested April 18 by LPD for a felony of controlled substance possession. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
• Autumn Nicole Espinoza, 17, of 1790 N. Ridgeview Ct., Ludington, was arrested April 21 by LPD for a felony of interfering with electronic communication. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Trauhn Damone Johnson, 31, of 1038 Lancer Lane, Lot 43, Ludington, was arrested Dec. 20, 2012 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance delivery. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.
• Craig Manly Holtrust, 34, of 606 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested April 22 by LPD for a felony of controlled substance delivery. A preliminary examination is set for May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors:

• Tyler Jacob Young, 18, of 403 E. Third St., Ludington was arrested Feb. 21 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT ) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
• Timothy Joseph Ward, 28, of 241 E. Johnson Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 16 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Gary Dean Maccune, 22, of 2857 S. Grantsyn Trail, Branch, was arrested April 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for May 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Jenna Diane Meyers, 19, of 4631 W. Deren Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 15 by the Michigan State Police, Hart Post (MSP Hart) for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for May 6 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Jennifer Marie Holland, 31, of 713 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested April 19 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under influence. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Christopher Joseph Sekenske, 39, of 2041 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested April 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
• Chris Michael Yeck, 26, of 6433 W. Dewey Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 21 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
• Mary Beth Wolff, 48, of 207 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested April 20 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for May 6 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Kristen Brooke Iverson, 27, of 301 E. Court St., Apt. 106, Ludington, was arrested April 22 by LPD for a misdemeanor of receiving stolen property. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent; must have no visitors in apartment under age 35 and no visitors after 10 p.m.
• Brandee Michelle Patrick, 42, of 1938 E. 24th St., White Cloud, was arrested April 22 by MSP-Hart for a misdemeanor of retail fraud – second degree. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
