LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced last week in 51^st Circuit Court:

–         Scott Allen Woodcock, 40, 143 N. Jebavy Dr., No. 4, Pere Marquette Twp., was sentenced on March 12 for the Jan. 27, 2013 guilty verdict of accosting children and child abuse. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail for each count, serving 9 months up front, balance served at court’s discretion; 60 months probation; $766 fines/costs.

–         Reese Allyn Lifer, 1814 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Twp., was sentenced March 12 for the Dec. 11, 2012 guilty verdict of controlled substance possession of marijuana. Sentence: 178 days jail, serving four months up front with balance served at court’s discretion; $225 fines/costs. He was also sentenced for controlled substance delivery of marijuana and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, serving four months up front and the balance at the court’s discretion; $298 fines/costs.
