Arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following arraignments took place this week in front of the magistrate of the 79th District Court.

– Chelsea Rae Robison, 22, 1028 Brandy Lane, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 22 for the misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. She was released on 10% bond of $2,500 bail. A pretrial district court date of March 25 at 1:30 p.m. has been scheduled.
– Williams Charles Jones, 33, 3757 N. Reek Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested Feb. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Department for the misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond, 10%; $1,500 bail. Pretrial: March 18, 10:45 p.m.
– Christopher George Bevier, 29, 115 W. State St., Apt. 201, Scottville, was arrested Feb. 22 by Michigan State Police for the misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10%; $2,500 bail. Pretrial: March 25, 10 a.m.
– Trevor James Coon, 20, 308 E. Court St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 21 by Ludington Police Department for the misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on personal recognizance with $2,500 bail. Pretrial: March 25, 10:15 a.m.
– Elsie Yvonne Ford-Morton, 58, 1145 E. Wilson Rd., Custer Twp., was arrested Feb. 22 by MSP on the misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Bond, 10%; bail: $2,500. Pretrial: March 25, 10:45 a.m.
