LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this week in 79th District Court:
– Bethany Sue Schuler. 31, of 2828 Lena Dr., Lot 542, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Michigan State Police for the misdemeanor of receiving stolen property. Bail of $2,500 set, personal recognizance. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 11 at 11:45 a.m.
– Tai Lynn Sniegowski, 29, of 2828 Lena Dr., Lot 542, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Michigan State Police for the misdemeanor of embezzlement – agent or trustee. Bail of $2,500 set, personal recognizance. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 11 at 11:30 a.m.
– Nicholas Allen Lowing, 17, of 2543 N. Peterson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 11 by the Ludington Police Department for the misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. Bail of $2,500 set, personal recognizance. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 18 at 9:30 a.m.
– Angela Ruth Smith, 41, of 975 W. Washington Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Feb. 7 by SSCENT for the felony of attempted controlled substance. Bail of $5,000 was set with a 10 percent deposit. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Feb. 20 at 11:15 a.m.
– Alkus Charles-Danny O’Connor, 38, of 926 Lumbard, Redlands, CA, was arrested Feb. 4 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for the felony of assault with a dangerous weapon, habitual fourth offense. Bail of $15,000, cash or surety, set. The next court appearance is pending forensics.
– Terry Joseph Wilson, 34, of 307 Scott St., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for the misdemeanor of operating while impaired. Bail of $2,500 cash/surety/10 percent was set. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 18 at 9:45 a.m.
– Gary Dean Maccune, 22, of 3857 Grandson Trail, Branch, was arrested Feb. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for the misdemeanor of driving while license suspended, second offense. Bail of $2,500 set, personal recognizance. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 11 at 2 p.m.
– David Gene Newman, 40, of 241 E. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 10 by the Michigan State Police for the felony of retail fraud, first degree, and habitual offender, fourth offense. Bail of $15,000 cash/surety was set. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Feb. 20 at 11:15 a.m.
– Justin Joseph Vandling, 18, of 251 E. Conrad Rd., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 10 by the Michigan State Police for the misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. Bail of $5,000 cash/surely was set. A preliminary examination is scheduled for March 14 at 3:15 p.m.
– Sonny Delgado Castro, 38, of 2740 Kistler Rd., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 11 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for the felony of domestic violence. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Feb. 20 at 11:15 a.m.
