Arraignments

LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this week in 79^th District Court:

• Rhonda May Tomasik, 50, 5976 Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Department for the felony of larceny between $1,000 and $20,000. Bail of $5,000 was set with a deposit of 10 percent. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Feb. 13 at 11:15 a.m.
• Jason Lee Brady, 35, 9860 N. U.S. 31, Manistee was arrested Feb. 1 by Michigan State Police for the felony of domestic violence third offense. Bail: $5,000 with cash. Pre: Feb. 13, 11:15 a.m.
• Travis Alan Vorase, 19, 915 Maple St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 3 by Ludington Police Department for domestic violence. His bail was set at $2,500 with 10 percent deposit. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for March 11 at 1:45 p.m.
• Christopher Alan Labelle, 37, 4988 Elmwood, Muskegon, was arrested Feb. 5 by Michigan State Police for driving while license is suspended or revoked. Bail: $1,500, 10% deposit. Pre: March11, 10 a.m.
• Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 34, 451 E. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil Twp., was arrested Feb. 4 by Scottville Police Department for domestic violence. Bail: $5,000, 10% deposit. Pre: March 4, 10 a.m.
• Brandi Sue Martinez, 20, was arrested by LPD for false pretense. Bail: $2,500, personal. Pre: March 11, 9:45 a.m.
• Shawn Andrew Camargo, 48, 403 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 6 by the State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team for controlled substance possession of marijuana. Bail: $2,500, 10% deposit. Pre: March 11, 10:15 a.m.
• Dustin Michael Jewett, 21, was arrested Feb. 5 by LPD for driving while license suspended or revoked. Bail: $3,500, 10% deposit. Pre: March 11, 9:30 a.m.
• Alicia Marie Malmadge, 23, 508 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 26 by LPD for domestic violence. Bail: $1,500, 10% deposit. Pre: March 11, 10:45 a.m.
