Brault charged for October arson

LUDINGTON — Marshall Jennings Brault, 19, 606 N. Gaylord Ave., has been arraigned in Mason County for an October 17, 2012 fire that destroyed a house at the corner of William and Court streets. Brault has also been charged in Oceana County for breaking and entering of the Wishing Well convenience store, which took place on Oct. 21.

Brault was arraigned Friday afternoon for one count of arson. Bail was set at $50,000 and a preliminary court examination has been scheduled for Feb. 13 at 11:15 a.m.

Travis Malone, 17, plead guilty in Oceana County in November for his connection in the Wishing Well breaking and entering.
