LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court.

– Robert Emerson Swift, 57, 1495 Palmer Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Jan. 26 by MCSO for criminal sexual conduct second degree and habitual offender. Bail: $25,000; pre: Feb. 6, 11:15 a.m.
– Vicki Marie Jones, 25, 309 1/2 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 19 by Ludington Police Dept. for three counts domestic violence. Bail was set at $2,500 and a pretrial conference in front of 79th District Court Judge Pete Wadel was set for Feb. 25 at 2 p.m.
– Alyxander Carl Smtih, 19, 8190 N. Reek Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Jan. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for retail fraud third degree. Bail: $2,500; pretrial: Feb. 25, 10 a.m.
– Kayla Ann-Marie Jowers, 19, 1073 N. Dennis Rd., Amber Twp., was arrested Jan. 20 by MCSO for driving while license suspended/revoked. Bail: $1,500; pretrial: March 4, 1:45 p.m.
– Tessa Marie Woodbury, 31, 1319 Park St., Manistee, was arrested by LPD on Jan. 19 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500; pretrial: Feb. 25, 9:30 a.m.
– Christopher Scott Henry, 30, Dewitt, was arrested Jan. 19 by MCSO for OUIL. Bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 25, 11 a.m.
– Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 34, 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil Twp., was arrested Dec. 19 by MCSO for reckless driving. Bail: $2,500; pre: March 4, 10 a.m.
– Cheyenne Angel Martinez, 17, 5378 88th Ave., Hart, was arrested Jan. 24 by MCSO for controlled substance possession of marijuana. Bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 25, 2:30 p.m.
– Robert Anthony-Wolever Newcom, 32, 6670 E. U.S. 10, Walhalla, was arrested Oct. 5 by MCSO for receiving stolen property. Bail: $2,500; pre: March 4, 2 p.m.
– Jerry William Morgan, 34, 48 Spencer St., Apt. 1, Battle Creek, was arrested Jan. 25 by MCSO for breaking and entering. Bail: $7,500; pre: Jan. 30, 11:15 a.m.
– Kristen Brook Duggan, 24, 1085 Pineway St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 25 by LPD for financial transaction device tempering. Bail: $5,000; pre: Feb. 6, 11:15 a.m.
– Ann Chassidy Holden, 25, 690 S. Landon Rd., Branch, was arrested Jan. 24 by Michigan State Police for forgery. Bail: $7,500; pre: Feb. 6, 11:15 a.m.
– Mark Edward Dekle, 25, 8327 W. Hollyhock, Baldwin, was arrested by MSP on Jan. 22 for disorderly conduct. Bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 4, 11:45 a.m.
– Herman Wilson, 66, 6311 N. Custer Rd., Fountain, was arrested Jan. 24 by MCSO for killing/torturing an animal. Bail: $5,000; Pre: Feb. 6, 11:15 a.m.
– Crystal Marie Drews, 32, 3433 S. Matsen Rd., Logan Twp., was arrested Jan. 11 by MSP for failure to maintain security. Bail: $1,500; Pre: Feb. 25, 11:30 a.m.
