Richard Andrew Willoughby, 52, 3887 N. Benson Rd., Sherman Twp., found guilty on Sept. 18 for OUIL. Sentence: License revoked, 180 days jail, serving 4 months up front and balance to be served at the court’s discretion, must successfully complete 60 days community service, 18 months probation, $1,638.50.

Zachary Alan Shurlow, 21, 618 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington, found guilty on Aug. 22 for two counts of CSC Third Degree with a person ages 13-15. Sentence: 2 to 5 years prison each count, running concurrent, HIV testing, $266.

Joseph Thomas Williams, 22, 7357 N. 126^th Ave., Hart, found guilty on Oct. 16 for a probation violation stemming from his January 1, 2009 sentence of two counts Home Invasion. Sentence: 358 days jail, $3,526, Must successfully complete the SAI program and all aftercare, which includes 120 days electronic monitoring, probation continued with all previous conditions to remain in effect.

Donald Jacob Beck, 24, 603 N. Delia St., Ludington, found guilty on Oct. 16 of a probation violation stemming from his May 31, 2011 sentence of two counts of Controlled Substance Possession. Sentence: 365 days jail, $468. Also found guilty on Sept. 11, 2012, for two counts of Controlled Substance Possession. Sentence: Suspended driver’s license, 365 days jail each count, $816, 24 months probation, serve 8 months jail up front, balance to be served at court’s discretion, counts to run concurrent, must enter and successfully complete residential treatment program upon completion of sentence.

Garrett Thomas Gregory, 18, 36 Prairie Knoll Dr., Namperville, Ill, found guilty on Sept. 4 for B&E. Sentence: 270 days jail, $1,498, 24 months probation, serve 6 months up front, balance at court’s discretion.

Paul Allen Berger, 44, 157 Getty St., Muskegon, found guilty on Sept. 4 for Controlled Substance Possession, Trespassing. Sentence: Suspended driver’s license for 60 days, 365 days and 60 days, $648, 18 months probation, 165 days up front, balance at court’s discretion, no contact with victim, work release must meet MCSO work release guidelines.

Sheena Marie Wheeler, 24, 702 E. Ludington Ave., Apt. 8, Ludington, found guilty on Sept. 4 for Uttering and Publishing. Sentence: 180 days jail, $973, 24 months probation, serve 120 days jail up front with balance at court’s discretion, attend patient treatment program.

Amber Nicole Wilson, 25, 501 Seventh St., Ludington, found guilty on Sept. 4 for Controlled Substance Delivering/Manufacturing. Sentence: Driver’s license suspended for 30 days, 90 days jail, $778, 12 months probation, sentence to start June 23, 2013 at 8 p.m.
