Scottville Main Street to host open houses

 SCOTTVILLE – The Scottville Main Street program will hold a Celebrating Success open house at three locations Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Locations include Scottville Police Department, 105 N. Main St., celebrating its recent remodeling; Michigan State University Extension Office, 111 S. Main St., observing its new location at the old Star Theater building and Star Theater Apartments, in the same building, celebrating the completion of two rental rehabilitation apartments.

Light appetizers and refreshments will be available at each location, compliments of West Shore Bank.

“Things are continuing to move in a forward direction,” said Heather Landis, Main Street manager. “People are exhibiting that they want Scottville to succeed by investing in the community.”
