VICTORY TWP. — Win with Wellness is sponsoring a walking event at West Shore Community College on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Participants can choose from two courses, one along campus roads and one on the more challenging 3.1-mile cross country trail. Participants should meet in the upper parking lot near the WSCC Recreation Center.
Walking is a great way to get outside and get moving. It’s a low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health.
