Branch Twp. man fined for acting as unlicensed builder.

LUDINGTON — Dale Allyn Lifer, 29, of 6213 E. Hansen Rd., Branch Township pleaded guilty in 79th District Court on March 11, 2020 on the charges of  acting as an unlicensed residential builder. He was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for two years. 

Lifer must not engage in residential building or other construction work unless it’s not required to be licensed under the occupational code. He also must pay $9,000 in restitution and $5,585 in fines/costs.

A charge of false pretenses was dismissed.
