Man arraigned on felony charges for taking unauthorized nude photos

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Steiger

-Jeffrey Lee Steiger, 32, of 17320 Laketon Ave., Casnovia, Michigan, was arrested June 30 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of surveilling an unclothed person and capturing/distributing images of an unclothed person. Probable cause hearing: July 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Bunker

-Allison Marie Bunker, 35, of 5342 E. Fountain Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested March 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of first-degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: July 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Heglund

-Gregory Lee Heglund, 56, of 2584 W. Groth Rd., Victory Township, was arrested July 6 by MCSO on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle while under in the influence of liquor (OUIL) and a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: July 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Eleasar Esparza, Jr., 27, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township; July 4; Ludington Police Department (LPD); assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. Pretrial: July 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

-Joseph Michael Alick, 28, of 4247 E. Townline Rd., Sherman Township; July 5; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 22 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Damion Michael Patrick McQueer-Reyna, 22, of 6763 Cherrywood, Kingsley; July 7; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Joshua Jay Jongekyrg, 25, of 4270 Grand River Dr. NE, Grand Rapids; July 7; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) second offense. Pretrial: July 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Dayton Matthew Budreau, 19, of 1085 E. Hawley Rd., Eden Township; July 7; MCSO; trespassing. Pretrial: July 29 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
